The biggest problem with traditional Level Sensors:

When pasty or powdery material comes into contact with the sensing head，the sensor output becomes Lock-On due to some residual material is still hanging on or adhering to the sensing head as the sensor recognizes the presence of the processing material. KJS Series All Material Level Sensor will ignore the residual material on the head and will provide a reliable sensing status (Off state)!
