Tell us what media are you sensing and we will program the sensors for your specific application before they leave our factory. If you are interested in programming the sensor yourself for various media you can purchase an optional programmer (ACP-01). One programmer is supplied free of charge with every 10 sensors purchased.

The biggest problem with traditional Level Sensors:
When pasty or powdery material comes into contact with the sensing head，the sensor output becomes Lock-On due to some residual material is still hanging on or adhering to the sensing head as the sensor recognizes the presence of the processing material. KJA Series All Material Level Sensor will ignore the residual material on the head and will provide a reliable sensing status (Off state).
